Fast food is loved by everyone all across the globe and every country boasts of one such recipe that sets people in a drooling mode. Peru takes pride in one such food item named Salchipapera, which consists of French Fries served with fried sausages or beef hot dogs. The rapidly consumed dish in Peru has been made an integral part of a project that has been initiated by Gaston Acurio Mistura, who is a Peruvian chef by profession.
Gaston has developed a minibus that will be used to serve Salchipapera at food fairs, which will give this food item a fresh identity in the Peruvian community. The vehicle/minibus has been named Combi Salchipapera, which has been modified in an appropriate way to prepare and sell Salchipapera on the go. The bus can be exploited during food fairs or outside concerts, where a lot of people come for visits. Visitors can relish this popular dish whenever they feel peckish, and kill hunger pangs the easy way.
The minibus has been intelligently divided into three areas, which will be used for cooking, cleaning and collecting cash. The system will be powered by a natural source, hence won’t harm the beautiful surroundings. The roof has been fitted with solar panels that will harness the energy of sun. This solar energy will be used to power LED lights, which do not consume a lot of energy. The usage of LED lights will make the Combi minibus sustainable and save precious energy. The front has two seats and can also be used as a place to take orders and collect cash. The rest of the bus has been made like a kitchen, which consists of shelves, sink, drawers and a cooking top. The rear end can be fitted with trash cans, which can be used by people to dispose plates after they are done with their meal.
The ergonomically designed minibus comes sans any complications, thanks to the easy setup. Everything inside is accessible and the space has been used in a tactful way. Combi Salchipapera will roll on the roads just to serve people with their favorite fast food.
