Created as a part of the graduation-with-honors thesis by industrial design student Lorenzo Carrara, this CENTO megayacht concept is larger than life. The yacht looks to bring the true out-at-sea experience back to yacht owners who don’t want to compromise on luxury, but still want to experience the outdoors like it was meant to be seen. The megayacht concept takes the shape of a private cruise liner and looks to incorporate all the facilities that such a vessel would hold, and provides its owners and over 20 of their closest friends with the most luxuriant private yachting experience ever.
The megayacht comes with as many as seven decks on either side of the multi-story structure. The wide open spaces allow the people on board to not only to take in the view but also to get a good perspective of the sea from different heights. The open spaces also serve as open-air socializing areas that let people gather around for intimate conversations and more.
The megayacht comes with an external infinity pool with a surrounding bar area that lets people get an unprecedented view of the sea while gathering around the daily life aft. The lower wellness area comes with folding platforms that can easily serve as a roomy dining area for over 30 guests. Wide-glassed sliding doors separate an interior dining room, also roomy enough for 30 people, from this outer space.
Just above the pool deck, this space can also be utilized as a space for hosting in-harbor parties and events. Twelve cabins of variable sizes allow accommodation for 24 guests on different levels with the owners getting a private deck with extra rooms for themselves. The luxuriant yacht also comes with premium features like a private library, a mini-cinema for 8 people, a skylight on the top deck that fills the lower levels with natural light, and a fore-saloon with a private planetarium.
Each of the four levels on the yacht is connected via a large foyer and features a single stairwell that serves as a continuous path joining all the levels on this superyacht.
