UK-based product designer Daniel Mapp has conceived an attractive glue applicator exclusively for kids. The kid-friendly glue applicator, dubbed as Gloo, appears like a cartoon character. It has two black eyes and a red body resembling the body of a platypus. Even small kids can learn its use quickly and start applying glues on their favorite art works without adding any woes to their moms.
“Gloo” has a rubber base so it gets a firm grip and avoids the fear of falling even when handled carelessly. The glue from the glue applicator flows out through a rollerball, so there is no chance of leakage. The rollerball mechanism also prevents the glue from getting exposed and dried. With such a mechanism, kids can ensure a controlled flow of glue according to their needs. Once the job is done, they can close the lid and keep it in a safe place for future use.
The Gloo can be refilled once the applicator gets dry. The re-filler costs much less an amount, so you can save on the cost of the applicator. For sure, your kids who love art and craft will enjoy the company of this attractive Gloo friend.
