Education is very important but there are many who remain deprived of this blessing just because of the shortage of resources and financial issues. Kimberly Andersson has designed the Slate2, which unfurl an absolutely stirring interaction between two people thanks to the dual surfaces the slate comes wedged with. The design consists of slates that are accompanied by desks.
The design will make sure that students get excited about what they learn. This in turn will improve their potential in terms of learning and improvement. Slate2 is a truly revolutionary design, which looks simple but comes injected with a lot of hidden potential to improve the overall state of a student.
A student can carry the slate home and exploit it to educate others around, which may include their siblings, friends and even family members. This means that the product can be used to educate many around and encourages learning at every stage of life. The design consists of three parts that makes Slate2 a highly useful product.
It has two double-sided masonite chalkboards that are surrounded by a rubber bumber. This rubber bumber is responsible for making the slate weatherproof and adds durability. It also acts like a hinge between the two surfaces of the design and provides the much needed comfort while using Slate2. School lessons can be easily stored in the inside portion that is the size of a standard A4 sheet.
The desk features writing and seating surfaces that have been made using molded plywood. Hand-holds have been provided both on the seat and writing surface that makes it easy for the children to handle it. The design can accommodate children of various ages and sizes. The design can be easily tweaked to make both left and right handed students comfortable.
